Insurance
Insurance is a requirement of DOC membership, but we don’t believe in accepting introductory fees or locking our members into affiliated insurance schemes. We prefer to encourage our Applicants and our Members to make an informed choice from a range of insurance providers.
The insurance facilities for practitioners of physical therapy disciplines are well served. The following all provide public liability and professional indemnity insurance exceeding the £4m cover defined as mandatory for membership of DOC:
